Robert E. Sacco Jr, a longtime resident of
Saugus, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 25th.
Bobby was born in Melrose in 1977, the son of Robert E. and
Marie (Dorazio) Sacco. He was raised and educated in Medford.
He played hockey in the youth leagues in Medford, and was on the
varsity team at Medford High School. Bobby graduated from
Medford High School with the Class of 1995. He went on to work
in the construction field, primarily performing demolition work
for various companies in the area. Bobby was a skilled artist,
and was very skilled at easily creating realistic sketches. He
also was a longtime member of the Moose Lodge of Malden.
He is survived by his parents, Robert and
Marie Sacco of Saugus, his sister, Christina M. Sacco-Rollo and
her husband Joseph Rollo of Saugus, his nephew and God son,
Cesare Rollo, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at the
Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St, Malden, on
Saturday, February 29th, at 11 am, with visitation
beginning at the funeral home at 9 AM. Interment to follow in
Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
