Beth M. Black, a lifelong
resident of Malden, passed away suddenly in Boston on August 4th,
at the age of 42. Beth was born in Boston in 1978, the
daughter of Craig and Jean (Black) Barton Sr. She was raised and
educated in Malden, and graduated from Malden High School with
the Class of 1996. After high school, she attended Salem St.
College. She went on to become a supervisor at Home Depot, most
recently working in the Everett store. Beth has always been an
avid sports fan, growing up playing baseball locally and became
a die hard Red Sox and Patriots fan as she grew older.
She is survived by her
parents, Craig A. and Jean M. Barton Sr. of Malden, her brother
Craig A. Barton Jr. of Malden, her niece Jayla, and her nephew
Funeral Services will be
held at the Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem
St, Malden on Friday, August 7th, at 3 PM.
Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 1PM.
