Elsie Rosemary Sacchetti

Elsie Rosemary (Vacca) Sacchetti,  88, died Saturday, July 12, 2003 at the Glen Ridge Nursing Care Center in Medford, MA Elsie was born and  educated in Everett, MA Elise was a saleswomen for the former Jordan Marsh Department Store in Burlington, MA for several years retiring in 1981 at the age of 65. She was a member of St. Josephs Church in Malden and the Sons of Italy in Everett, MA. She loved to do volunteer work.  Mrs. Sacchetti had lived in Malden for twelve years and was previously from Everett.

She is survived by, her daughters, Jo-Ann Belcher of Salisbury and Louise T. Sacchetti of N. Reading. Her grandchildren Christopher Belcher of Natick, Jodie Belcher of Lawrence, Charla C. Funari of Natick and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brothers; Dewey, William, Herman, Robert and Anthony Vacca and her sister Annie Lionetti.

She was born December 15, 1914 in Everett, MA the daughter of the late  Frank and Catherine (D'Orio) Vacca.      

Visitation will be held at Weir MacCuish Funeral Home, 144 Salem Street, Malden, MA on Monday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM

Funeral from the funeral home on Tuesday, July 15, 2003 at  8:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony’s Church 38 Oakes St. Everett at 9:00 AM. Burial will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery in Everett.
